These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Wise Banker mobile application and any associated website ("Wise Banker" or "the Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Wise Banker empowers users to take control of their personal finances by managing their expenses, setting daily spending limits, and tracking savings goals—all through manual data input. The app does not rely on any automated bank integrations or third-party systems.

Wise Banker acts solely as a technology enabler and does not directly provide or underwrite any financial products or services. We reserve the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of any changes.

This document is an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract under the Information Technology Act, 2000 ("IT Act"), the rules made thereunder, as applicable, and the provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the IT Act. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical, electronic, or digital signature.

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer Notice. Even if you are only browsing or viewing features and tools, you are deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and associated policies. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as requested during signup or use of the Platform, and to promptly update such information as necessary.
If any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect the same, we reserve the right to suspend, freeze, or terminate your access to the Platform at any time without notice.
We collect and store certain personal information provided by you—such as your name, email address, contact number, and other relevant details—in a secure database. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach. Wise Banker shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
We reserve the right to freeze or terminate your account or access to the Platform to comply with applicable laws, court orders, or directions of any regulatory or government authority.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your personal information. Any breach or non-compliance with the Privacy Policy may result in actions in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
Upon your consent to these Terms and our other policies, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-assignable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the Platform and its offerings as expressly permitted by these Terms.
The Privacy Policy and Disclaimer Notice form an integral part of these Terms and must be read together. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severable without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

Offerings on the Platform

Wise Banker is an independent, technology-driven platform that provides tools for managing personal finances. Users can track expenses, set financial goals, and monitor spending habits over time through manual input.
The Platform requires a stable internet connection for proper functioning. Certain features such as notifications depend on your device settings and connectivity.
Before making any financial decisions based on information on the Platform, you are strongly encouraged to consult with a qualified financial advisor to ensure alignment with your personal financial goals and risk profile.

Registration on the Platform

You must be at least 18 years of age, of sound mind, and legally capable of entering into a contract to access and use the Platform. If you use the Platform on behalf of another individual or entity, you confirm that you are duly authorized to do so.
Certain features of the Platform may require registration and completion of Know-Your-Customer ("KYC") requirements as specified on the Platform. By completing registration and using the services, you accept these Terms and any amendments published on the Platform from time to time.
Upon successful registration, you may be assigned a unique User ID and may be required to verify login using an OTP sent to your registered contact. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Wise Banker considers all actions under your account as authorized by you.
We may revoke or suspend your access to the Platform at our discretion. In such cases, you may contact our support team for assistance.

Fees

Currently, services and features on the Wise Banker Platform are provided free of charge. However, Wise Banker reserves the right to introduce fees or subscription charges in the future. In such an event, we will notify you in advance via your registered email and display the applicable details on the Platform.

The Platform does not process or facilitate payments or financial transactions on behalf of users or partner institutions. Any costs or fees related to financial products are determined solely by the respective banks or NBFCs.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your data is used specifically for providing the offerings available on the Platform in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You provide explicit consent for Wise Banker to share your data with partner banks, NBFCs, associates, and affiliates solely to the extent required to deliver services such as product discovery, connecting you with financial institutions, enhancing user experience, generating insights, and complying with legal or regulatory requirements.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including software, text, images, graphics, audio, and video, is the exclusive property of Wise Banker or its licensors.
You shall not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or use any protected material without our prior written permission.
You may not use any trademarks, service marks, trade names, or logos belonging to Wise Banker or any third party without express written authorization.
Subject to the Privacy Policy, all information derived from the offerings on the Platform is owned by us and may be used as we deem fit in accordance with applicable laws.

Confidentiality

We maintain the confidentiality of your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and apply the same standard of care as we do for our own information.

Wise Banker may share your information with third-party service providers or financial institutions associated with the Platform solely to deliver services you have chosen to explore. Such parties are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and use your data only for authorized purposes.

We may access, preserve, and disclose your account information if required by law or if reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with legal obligations, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Wise Banker, its users, or the public.

Modification of Terms

We may modify these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer Document, or any other policy at any time at our sole discretion. The revised version will be posted on the Platform. By continuing to access or use the Platform, you are deemed to have understood and accepted the revised Terms and policies.

Termination

We may, at any time and for any reason, terminate, restrict, or suspend your access to the Platform without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms or any other applicable policy.

Any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity may result in immediate suspension of your account and may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Limitation of Liability

Wise Banker, its affiliates, partner institutions, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform, including any issues arising from bugs, viruses, data loss, or third-party actions.

Third-party links, tools, and services accessed via the Platform are used at your own risk, and Wise Banker assumes no responsibility for their content, accuracy, or availability.

Indemnification

You agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wise Banker and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms or any policies, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Disclaimers

Wise Banker is not a bank, NBFC, financial advisor, or agent of any financial institution and does not accept or disburse funds, process payments, or make lending decisions.
All decisions relating to financial products displayed on the Platform are made solely by the respective financial institutions.
Information on the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any content or functionality.
Use of the Platform does not constitute financial or investment advice. You should seek independent professional advice before acting on any information.
Logos and trademarks displayed belong to their respective owners and are used for comparison or identification purposes only; no endorsement or affiliation is implied.

Notice

We may give notice to you by email, letter, telephone, or any other means to the address available in our records. Notices of general nature may also be published on the Platform or our website.

Waiver

Failure by either party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any rights or remedies.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Survival

Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, indemnification, disclaimers, and other clauses that are intended to survive termination shall continue to apply even after termination of these Terms.

Transfer

Your rights and obligations under these Terms are personal to you and may not be assigned or transferred. We may assign our rights and obligations at our discretion, including in connection with a corporate transaction.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer Document, and any additional policies or notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wise Banker with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior agreements.

Platform Security & Acceptable Use

You must not attempt to breach the security of the Platform, misuse it for any unlawful purpose, introduce malicious code, or engage in activities such as hacking, scraping, overloading, or interfering with normal operations. Any such actions may result in termination of access and may attract civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

User Rights & Covenants

You are granted a limited right to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Platform in any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive manner and to ensure the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You should interact only with official Wise Banker channels and avoid sharing sensitive information such as passwords or OTPs with anyone claiming to represent Wise Banker outside authorized communication channels.
